Madison, WI. – New tween social world Jabbersmack resumes private beta to collect feedback from its target audience, partners and other game/app developers.

The Jabbersmack site, originally designed as a proof-of-concept for Egencie’s Social Play Space™ platform, is now setting on a re-launch for fall, 2010. Since the initial soft-launch, the Brand has uncovered opportunities to gain a larger audience through retail product tie-ins, development partnerships and increased funding for a multiple market release.

Tim Baio, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Egencie, Inc. said: “It’s very exciting to see retail opportunities for this brand. We believe it will continuously feed in new site users year after year and is something competing virtual worlds (without retail product tie-ins) can’t do. It will ensure the site’s use and success.” Baio went on to highlight other opportunities: “We have also developed some additional technology for Jabbersmack, which we are excited to release…we believe this Brand and platform can become a network for many other Brands, Games, Developers and Publishers.”

The new Jabbersmack site offers secure and safe ‘under and over 13 Friend-ing’, allowing Parents to monitor and control kid’s friendships, content and abuses. New technologies will help kids connect and communicate through other platforms like cell phones.

Egencie Develops Google Facebook Application.

Egencie recently teamed up with Horizon Media the largest independent media services agency in America and the fastest growing in the industry to design and develop a Facebook application to further promote Google’s Search-On campaign originally aired during this year’s superbowl.

The Facebook Application now connected to Google’s fan page helps users view, share and even create their very own Search-On videos directly in Facebook. This project introduces Google’s campaign to a potential 400 million more people via Facebook and allows Facebook Users to create and post their own Search-On video, comment on the video and share it with friends. Egencie also designed the application with a complete administration interface that allows Google personnel to check flagged videos, feature popular videos and manage related application content.

Egencie, makers of the kid-friendly, COPPA compliant Social Play Space Platform are currently working with other consumer product companies to connect their Brand’s websites to Facebook and MySpace using ‘Social App Bridges’. These games or activities create a solid stream of new users within the branded social site while providing a fun game or activity within Facebook itself.

Through a vast number of check mechanisms, this cyber play space designed and developed by Egencie, Inc. (www.egencie.com) avoids the many risks that are posed to families by the Internet today, allowing tweens a virtual amusement park to share experiences and build friendships through self-expression.

Through its ever-growing product line, Cahootie has reinvented the iconic handmade “cootie catcher” or “fortune-teller” to engage tweens in self-esteem building conversation and creative thought while enjoying the timeless fun delivered by this classic game. These fundamental ideas have been incorporated into the online social space for children with the release of ClubCahootie. The virtual playground for kids provides members endless options to control their own world, creating a protected, fun environment that will excite both kids and parents.

“With the growing popularity of online social networking among youth, we recognized the need for a safe space for kids to interact as well as a sanctuary where children can retreat to socialize with friends,” said Cahootie CEO Blythe Jack. “We are thrilled that we can provide a way for kids and teens to use the internet in a safe way that will promote self-confidence, healthy interaction and bonding with peers through a spectrum of social activities.”

“We’re very excited to be working with Cahootie and thrilled that they saw the benefits of extending their Brand online with safe social, entertainment and gaming functions” said Egencie Managing Director Tim Baio. “As their product sales continue to grow, they’ll now have a low-cost touch point to the consumer which is at the very least self sustaining investment but with the high likelihood of becoming a profit center through the digital economy already in place.”

The exciting world of ClubCahootie, powered by Egencie’s Social Play Space system (SPS 10) offers a wide variety of activities such as blogging, chat, in-world mail, photo and video uploads/sharing, as well as Cahootie’s proprietary online game, “Virtual Cahootie™.” In addition, the exclusive world of ClubCahootie provides its members access to the latest in technology such as Hulu videos, radio streaming of favorite music/bands, photo uploading, and online games.

Recommended for ages seven and up, is available now for users to sign up. For more information, visit www.ClubCahootie.com or www.Cahootie.com.

Madison, Wisc. - Egencie has teamed up with PixeoStar to launch “Photo and Video Contest Maker.” PixeoStar, a start up gaming company based in Madison, Wisconsin worked with Egencie to create Facebook’s only image-based contest application. The application allows Facebook users to start a photo or video contest among their friends and collect points for creating, entering and voting on the contests. The application spreads virally by sharing results and notifications with the creator’s network.

“We’re really excited to launch this and we’re looking forward to the feedback from fans.” said Lindsy Schafer, President of Pixeostar. “Egencie made the process very straightforward and simple. I don’t think we would have ever launched this fast without their guidance and involvement.”

The new application is designed to promote sharing and humor among friends. “I thought the idea was great and we think the final product is very distinct from any other Facebook app. PixeoStar has some clever plans to expand the application and allow points and prizes won from the contests to be used in social games” said Tim Baio, Managing Director of Egencie, Inc. “Some of their contests should be entertaining. Imagine voting in a contest called ‘Worst 80’s hair-do.’”

PixeoStar hopes to create other “feeders” for their main social game, due out this fall. “Our idea is to create various types of applications which get people into collecting prizes and points, then provide a very fun social game from which to use them” says Schafer.

Madison, Wisc. - SPSTM 2010 is a web-based software application used by entertainment and consumer brands to extend their ability to interact and engage with their customers. SPS 2010 combines user, content and asset management and social modules with outside technologies like gaming engines and micro transaction-based economic tools to allow fast, reliable deployments of branded social and virtual worlds. These sites include casual/social games, apps, chatting, VoIP conferencing, blogging, sharing, friend-ing, broadcast media, multi-language capability and more.

“The combination of technology and services we offer consumer and entertainment brands are attractive becausetheysignificantly lower the investment and risk associated with web-enabling a toy or entertainment character while creating a profit center where before only a cost center existed” says Tim Baio, Managing Director and co-founder of Egencie, makers of the SPS platform. “We saw a need for many brands to extend their presence into a virtual, social gaming or social world but reluctant to start because of the investment. So we created SPS (Social Play Space) and SPNTM (Social Play Network), great alternatives for those brands looking to get started quickly and inexpensively.”

The latest SPS system includes rapidly customizable and deployed modules including: Administration Dashboard, User Management System, Avatar System, Digital World Economic System, SmartChatTM System, Real World FriendsTM Invite System, Whiteboard Module, In-World Email System, Blog Module, My Media Component (for Pics and Video), Games/Apps Management System, Content Management System, User Support System, Parental Management System, Registration and Secret-Code Management System among others.

Behind an experienced web team, SPS 2010 allows for deployment of a new site complete with a brand’s look and feel in a very short time (1-2 weeks). Egencie’s teams also provide support and cloud-based hosting services for the entire system, allowing brands to benefit from a turnkey solution.

The distinct advantage of SPS 2010 is that it offers brands several low cost engagement options for licensing and development. Brands pay for the customization level they choose, a portion of the revenue generated from their site and a licensing fee corresponding to the size of the web site. The brand retains all right to aesthetic IP while Egencie retains all right to technology and items created specifically for the site. For more information, please contact:
